Norwich Inn and Spa Weddings | Elizabeth + Fredis
The Norwich Inn and Spa is the perfect backdrop for any elegant wedding. This venue is filled with beautiful gardens and lots of secret spots you find during your adventure around the property. When I first met Elizabeth and Fredis I knew right away I wanted to work with them for their wedding and I was so happy they chose me. We had a blast walking around Harkness during their engagement session. Now onto this beautiful wedding day they could not have asked for more gorgeous weather if I do say so myself. It started off with me walking into the conservatory to Elizabeth’s stunning gown hanging from the window and all of her details that just made me squeal with excitement. Because let's face is everyone who hires me knows I am a sucker for great details. I have to admit I got a little teary eyed when mom started zipping up her dress because I knew it was almost time for her to go see her groom for the first time before their ceremony. During the first look they just smiled and loved on one another for a bit and then off around the property for their fun portraits. We quickly swooped the couple back into the conservatory as their gusts started arriving. One of my favorite parts of this venue is where the wedding party walks down this pretty outdoor stair case to the ceremony site along side the reflection pond. It’s just sooooo pretty. I always love having an outdoor ceremony in the nature because it’s so so much prettier and all the green makes everything just pop off the background. There where plenty of tears shed during the ceremony as they said the I Do’s and then off to the cocktail hour. They chose to have their cocktail hour outdoors by the spa and it was so nice outside and perfect for this time of year. As they entered their reception they went straight into their first dance followed by Elizabeth dancing with her sweet father. Ekkkkk I just love these families all together it was such a fun and emotional wedding day. I am so honored to have been a part of this very special day.
